IT renewal

Just for the sake of a geeky update. I have just bought some new IT equipment…

I’m now finally working on 2 screens. To my original Asus W5 laptop I added a fabulous 20.1″ LG204WT screen. It’s soo nice to drag windows onto the second screen. You play music and read off one and work off another. Brilliant.

I then also added the Bluetooth Stereo headset Pulsar 590A from Plantronics. Thanks Peter for the hint, it really works. And I can move freely around the whole appartment, taking skype calls, listening to mp3s of the computer, or listening to the music streamed off my Nokia e50. Plus you get some nice extras in the package. I can now stream bluetooth signal to the headset from any audio source. How geek is that?

For the sake of completeness I added a monochrome laser printer Samsung scx-4200 that combines in the same box a good colour scanner and copy machine.

I have some more ideas, but will stop here.
